About the role : We are looking for compassionate, enthusiastic, qualified Community Care Workers. Bring your compassion and skills to our team in a role where even the small things you do make a difference. You will work one on one with clients in their home and community supporting their confidence to live independently as they choose.

Responsibilities

• Location : Ferny Hills, Everton Park and Surrounds
• In-home personal care and daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing
• Providing care in accordance with Clients Care Plan
• Support with social and community engagement
• Assistance with transport of clients for shopping and appointments
