We are excited to offer a rare and unique career opportunity for a professional and experienced Business Development Manager / Property Manager to join our dynamic team at MINT Residential in Brisbanes vibrant CBD. This role has been created due to the opening of the highly anticipated Queens Wharf Residences an exciting new development in the heart of the CBD. With several exciting projects on the horizon in 2025 and beyond we are looking for a driven customerfocused individual to join our team on a fulltime basis.

As part of our team you will play a key role in shaping the success of this major new development and ensuring our property portfolio is managed with the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities include :

  • Overseeing and maintaining a portfolio of highend residential properties including those within the prestigious Queens Wharf Residences.
  • Being responsible for business development tasks including identifying new opportunities expanding the portfolio and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Managing incoming rental inquiries providing exceptional customer service and ensuring tenants needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Conducting open routine entry and exit inspections to ensure properties are wellmaintained and compliant with all standards.
  • Communicating effectively with tenants and ensuring any issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.
  • Drafting and supporting the administration of leasing agreements and property handovers.
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with tradespeople to ensure the timely resolution of any issues.
  • Utilising the Console Cloud program for streamlined property management.
  • Assisting with business development tasks including identifying new opportunities supporting the expansion of the portfolio and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience :

  • A current Property Management Registration
  • Hold a full real estate licence or be willing to obtain
  • Minimum 3 years Property Management experience
  • Proven experience in business development including building and expanding a property portfolio.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with tenants owners and stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge of property management procedures including a strong understanding of current legislation requirements
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritise as required
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
