Our NSW Construction team is growing, and your expertise is sought to deliver fast-paced projects in Sydney.
As a Project Manager in Built’s Construction business unit, you’ll manage and deliver a high-profile Commercial project valued at approximately $250M in Western Sydney. With $4.5 billion of secured work in our pipeline, you’ll have opportunities to grow your career.
With full project control, our Project Managers enjoy a broad range of projects and the stakeholder relationships they build.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver a high-profile Commercial project valued at approximately $250M in Western Sydney.
- Maintain full project control and oversee project staff, with close collaboration to key roles including Construction Manager, Services Manager and Contract Administrators.
Required Qualifications
Possess a relevant building-related degree.Extensive experience managing large-scale Commercial and / or Data Centre projects.Quality-focused with the ability to assess and manage risk.Evidence of longevity with past employers and exemplary references.What We’re Looking For
People and site leadership skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with the team, clients, sub-contractors and partners.Strong communication and influential presentation; analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex problems.Experience across Design and Construct, Construct Only, and construction management contracts using (amended) Standard Form Contracts.Excellent people skills, ability to align goals and marshal resources to deliver projects.Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines, deliverables and contractual elements.Why Built
