Skills and Experience :

• Past experience in a Retail Management role- previous homewares experience ideal but not a requirement
• Attention to detail and impeccable visual merchandising standards - eye for detail
• Staff Training and Development
• Loves a fast-paced environment and sales target-driven
• Customer service and focus on product knowledge
