Job Summary

Light & Wonder is in search of an experienced and meticulous Sales Success Coordinator to join our team. A pivotal function supporting the sales team in a high growth business, the role is the backbone to the sales team ensuring customer orders are taken from opportunity to production accurately, efficiently, and effectively to deliver the highest customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales opportunities, quotes and orders in CRM system.
  • Maintain data integrity in CRM system including conducting routine clean ups of obsolete data and updating venue information per government agency reports.
  • Liaise with the Sales team via phone and email, answering all enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all processes are complete for setting up new customers in CRM system so quotes and orders can be processed.
  • Update price lists, product library and truck register in CRM system.
  • Process customer sponsorship requests and other customer related agreements outside of CRM, obtaining internal approvals as required.
  • Pipeline management – ensure accurate data for reporting via weekly maintenance calls to Account Managers.
  • Compile and analyse CRM sales related data and generate reports for management as requested.
  • Routinely cross-check data with Finance on deferred revenue, promotions, purchasing agreements and allocated conversion pool consumption.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Act as a point-of-resource to other departments in the company relating to customers and the CRM system.

  • Problem-Solving : proven ability to identify, prioritise, and select alternatives for a solution
  • Compliance and Risk Management : with strict regulatory requirements, attention to detail ensures compliance with laws and regulations, mitigating risks and avoiding penalties .
  • Sales and Stakeholder Trust : ability to build report with sales, ops, finance to deliver precise, and accurate work, as well as be a team player while also having the ability to work independently
  • Technical / Systems Experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications with a strong knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems highly regarded
