Job description

Are you ready to play a vital role in a large-scale project? HOBAN Recruitment is currently seeking expressions of interest for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates for an exciting short-term data entry opportunity based in Ravenhall, West Melbourne.

Role Details

  • Role Type : Temporary Casual labour hire project, approx. 2-4 weeks, pending business and performance requirements.
  • Dates : Commencing approximately May 7th for 2-4 weeks
  • Location : Ravenhall, Melbourne.
  • Shift times : Day shift 7am-3pm or afternoon, 3pm - 11pm

About the role

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to :

  • Perform high-volume alphanumeric data entry with speed and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Strong commitment to the entire duration of the project.
  • Cross-check and verify entered data for errors or inconsistencies.
  • Follow established protocols and procedures for data management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.

    • About you

    To thrive in this role, you will demonstrate the following :

  • Australian Citizenship (mandatory).
  • A current clear National Police Check (within the last 12 months) or willingness to complete one.
  • Availability to work the assigned shifts - MUST be available to work each day Monday to Saturday.
  • Access to reliable transportation to the Ravenhall site.
  • Comfortable working in a seated position for extended periods.
  • Must be comfortable completing a data entry test.
