Garden Maintenance Team Leader

About the Role

In this hands-on role you will lead from the front. Combine your passion and skill for creating stunning outdoor spaces with your talent for leadership and developing the skills of your team members.

• Lead and develop a dedicated team
• Schedule, prioritise and delegate tasks
• Conduct inspections, identify and implement improvements
• Regular client interaction
• Ensure equipment is well-maintained

About You

You will be a hands-on leader with a strong eye for detail and take immense pride in your work. You inspire your team members with your commitment to quality and safety.

• Qualified Cert IV Horticulturalist
• At least 5 years' experience in creating exceptional gardens
• Have led, mentored and coached team members and apprentices to enhance their skills
• Experience with a wide range of garden maintenance tools and techniques
• Experience with planting and maintaining quality annual displays
• Strong commitment to safety
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Drivers' license
