Administration Officer/Assessor (9 day working fortnight – award-winning registered training organisation)

A permanent full-time opportunity is now available with Blue Dog Training, an award-winning leader in construction and engineering training for over 20 years. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer with exceptional client service skills to join our Head Office team in Milton.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting students completing their White Card training (CPCWHS1001 – Prepare to work safely in the construction industry) and ensuring their experience is positive and seamless. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering outstanding client service by responding to student enquiries via phone, email and online channels
• Completing administration tasks such as navigating our LMS, processing enrolments and ID checks
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

This position also offers a unique professional development opportunity. Blue Dog Training will fund the successful candidate to complete assessor training (TAE), enabling you to expand your skills and undertake assessment tasks, including:

• Marking student assessments
• Making informed assessment decisions
• Providing constructive and supportive feedback

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Previous experience in administration and client service
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Interest in professional development and willingness to complete assessor training
• Confidence using technology, including MS Office (LMS experience advantageous)
• Fast and accurate keyboarding skills
