Role Description
- Customer credit assessment and management
- Debt collection
- Maintain loan schedules and a fixed asset register
- Manage all AP / AR functions, working with our Accounts and Admin Assistant to complete all tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage sales orders and purchase orders to keep transactions flowing
- Mentor and train our Accounts and Admin Assistant as needed
- Monthly financial reports and reconciliations
- Process bills and payments in foreign currencies (FX), regularly review foreign payables and keep General Manager updated, and monitor FX gains and losses
- Regularly review goods in transit and open purchase orders, and process journals for variances
- Solve AP / AR problems escalated to you by the Accounts and Admin Assistant, including supplier communication, customer refunds, bill payments, bank account / credit card reconciliations, etc

Diploma or Cert IV in Accounting / BookkeepingExperience customising accounting software to business needsExperience using NetSuite or a similar full ERP systemExperience with foreign currency transactionsHow to apply
