Senior Product Owner – Technology Risk Delivery

We’re looking for a Product Owner to lead the delivery and deployment of risk technology solutions that support the Group’s strategic objectives. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to shape and deliver impactful outcomes, using sound judgement to balance delivery pace with risk management. You’ll also play a key role in uplifting the capability of fellow Product Owners and embedding PACE principles across squads.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Leading large and / or complex streams of work to deliver strategic outcomes
Managing relationships and communications with stakeholders, including end users and cross-functional teams
Supporting the crew in planning and structuring the program for success, incorporating DevSecOps and Agile practices
Preparing robust, achievable project plans to ensure quality delivery
Contributing to the uplift of TCCO’s delivery capability and mentoring other Product Owners
Participating in the development of the Product Owner chapter
Evaluating and improving delivery processes and methodologies

We’d Love To Hear From People Who Have

Experience managing moderate to complex projects in fast-paced, evolving environments with diverse technologies

Strong understanding of data management principles and experience executing data strategies

Advanced delivery governance and reporting skills, with knowledge of delivery lifecycle methodologies

The ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver improved risk outcomes
