About The Opportunity

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking an experienced and safety‑focused Tipper Driver based out of Bass Point. This is a permanent full‑time opportunity, working Monday to Friday, including the opportunity to work Saturdays.

  • Hours : Afternoon shift, Monday to Friday starting at 2 : 00 pm. Working 8‑hour shifts with potential overtime of up to 12 hours per day and potential weekend overtime.
  • Rate : Hourly rate of $34.57 + penalties + 1 RDO per month.
  • Overtime : Time and a half after regular hours, double time and meal allowance in line with the EA after 10 hours.
  • Ideal for someone who’s independent, reliable, and ready to come in and hit the ground running.
  • We provide technology for safety, route mapping, and load tracking.

About You

  • Licence : You must have a minimum of a Heavy Combination or Multi Combination (preferred).
  • White Card : You will have a current valid Construction White Card or be willing to obtain one before you start.
  • People Skills : You enjoy engaging with colleagues and visitors through conversations while onsite.
  • Pride in Your Ride : You take pride in the appearance of your truck. Keeping it clean and presentable is important—you are a mobile billboard for our company.
  • Medical Check : Able to pass a pre‑employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test (random testing is also conducted on all Heidelberg sites).
