About The Role

Our Team Members are the face of Woolies, bringing to life our friendly service.

They work throughout the store performing various tasks such as stocking shelves, displaying fresh Fruit & Veg, picking online orders, and being the last friendly face customers see as they leave.

What You'll Do

• Greet, acknowledge, show care, and thank customers for shopping at Woolies.
• Follow policies and procedures to ensure safety for everyone and report hazards.
• Assist customers by answering questions or guiding them to products.
• Keep shelves stocked and tidy for a smooth shopping experience.
• Shop for online customers, ensuring they receive what they need.
