An opening has arisen for an Offset Printer for night shift . Hours are 5 days, Sunday night to Thursday night 10 : 15pm to 6 : 30am ongoing. Opportunity to progress to permanent in time.

About the role :

Reporting to the Print Pre-Press Team Manager, you'll be working on new product development in security printing; alongside the finishing print. Preparing files across digital, offset screen lines. Other key aspects include :

  • Mechanical aptitude and low level leadership.
  • Maintain daily production logs for print jobs.

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in a similar role as well as exposure to card / plastic manufacturing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask to meet production goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose printer malfunctions and solve printing problems in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure efficient production workflows.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously.
  • Komori , Screen, Lithographic print exposure (any relevant trade qualifications are of interest).
  • Experience operating modern offset printing presses for a number of years.
  • Printing on plastics is a bonus.

    • Police check is essential.
