The People and Culture team at Peter Mac includes Human Resources, Employee Relations, Occupational Health and Safety, Wellbeing, HR Systems, Medical Workforce and Organisational Development. About the role
In this role you will lead and oversee the day-to-day management of the People and Culture (P&C) Operations team. The team provides first level HR operational and transactional support to managers and staff whilst also triaging a range of general HR enquiries to relevant P&C stakeholders.
