We are currently looking for a Pharmacist in Charge to lead ourKellyville Pharmacy team.

Pharmacists in Charge are critical in enabling us tofulfil our purpose because along with the day to day dispensing ofmedication, they :

  • Lead their team, ensuring they provide exceptional service toour members and customers
  • Provide extraordinary customer service and consult with ourcustomers, over the phone and in person, to ensure they get thebest advice
  • Implement and monitor programs thatimprove store performance
  • Ensure our dispensaries are well-stocked and organised
  • Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to ourcustomers.

People who excel as National Pharmacies Pharmacists inCharge consistently demonstrate :

  • Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service andadvice to a diverse range of customers with a broad variety ofhealth and well-being needs
  • Ability to relate well with customers and lead their team
  • Willingness to continue to learn about the products andservices National Pharmacies offers
  • A commitment tocontinued professional development andeducation.
  • Strongbusiness acumen
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy

    • Qualification as an immunising pharmacist will be highlyregarded
