  • IT Support Officer L2 & L3
  • Adelaide Based role

  • We are looking for an experienced IT Support Officer to work with our multiple clients here in Adelaide.

    The following skills and experience are essential to be successful in this role :

    • Minimum of 5 years' commercial experience in IT
    • Experience with Microsoft Server & Windows operating systems including Virtualisation
    • Experience with technical presales
    • Experience with server migrations
    • Experience with Microsoft Azure
    • Experience with office 365
    • Configuration / Support of Backup Software / Solutions
    • Configuration / Support of VOIP Products
    • Experience in the use / configuration of Remote Monitoring & Management Software. (Halo and Ninja)
    • Solid networking foundation required to support core network services; TCP / IP, PPP, ADSL, NBN, SNMP, L2TP, Routing, Firewalling and Switching.
    • Work with HPE / Aruba, Fortigate and Sophos Networking and Securities
    • Server Systems, Windows Server 2016-2022 & VMware services
    • Installations - Remote and Onsite
    • Performance tuning and reporting
    • Office 365 and Azure AD Management and Maintenance
    • IAAS, BAAS, Cloud Support
    • Qualifications

      The following tertiary and / or industry specific qualifications will be highly regarded;

    • Azure and 365 Certifications
    • CCNA
    • MSCE
    • RHCE
    • Relevant tertiary degree
