- About the role
The purpose of this role is to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of IT support services to the ACIC and its external stakeholders. Due to the operational requirements of the role, remote work flexibility is not available.
Key responsibilities :
Conduct 1st level troubleshooting and diagnose technical issues on a range of systemsSupport the use of hardware and help manage hardware inventory including desktops, laptops, and mobile phonesProvide assistance with administrative tasks / data entryAssist with the creation of Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs)Assist in completing the day-to-day tasks and priorities set out by the Service Desk Team Leaders and Assistant Director Service DeskParticipate in after-hours on-call roster.To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following experience, skills and attributes :
