About You :

This is a rare opportunity to join our award winning Kitchen Team at our Red Hill location venue as a Chef. As a Chef within our venues you will have varied responsibilities across delivering amazing food to managing process and people and motivating and driving the venue to success. This is a unique opportunity to take your food passion and knowledge to the next level and to work with the best in the industry in our food genre. We are looking for people with the following experience;

• At least 2 years leading fast paced high volume kitchens or production facilities.
• Qualifications that reflect your passion and excellence in the areas above.
• Experience in fast paced high volume kitchens
• Ability to work autonomously with initiative
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to train junior staff
• Proven experience in supporting process that creates improvements
• Excellent communication skills attitude and be a team player
• Able to remain calm under pressure fostering a collaborative and productive team energy
• Capacity to negotiate varied demands and pressures through process and organisation.
• You are continually striving for excellence developing and perfecting it
