Warehouse Supervisor

Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.

Lead and motivate warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance to ensure productivity targets are met.

Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and support inventory audits.

Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.

Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve workflow and storage efficiency.

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery.

Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to resolve issues and improve service levels.

Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment handling.

Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
