About the role
You will be working with a team of 2-3 Nurses including a Lead Nurse for supervision. Responsibilities include chronic disease management, triage, vaccinations, wound care, pathology collection, health assessments, recall, coordination of the treatment room, cold chain management and sterilisation.
Requirements
Registration with AHPRA.
Experience in General Practice Essential
Interest in primary health care, health assessments, chronic disease management & care plans
Strong time management skills.
The ability to work autonomously, but also as part of our team of doctors, nurses and allied health providers.
