    • Your new role sits with the Office & Client Services team and reports to the Corporate Services Manager. As the first point of the contact, your main responsibility is to provide a warm and friendly face and exceptional service to clients, visitors and staff.

  • Key duties
  • Greeting clients upon arrival
  • Answering phone calls and managing all incoming enquiry
  • Booking and managing meeting rooms
  • Assisting with events
  • Maintaining a tidy reception area
  • What you'll need to succeed

    • Previous front of house experience and immaculate presentation is essential.
