About the role
As a Pharmacist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering safe, effective, and high-quality pharmacy services that optimise patient care across the hospital. You will be responsible for the organisation, management, and daily operation of your designated pharmacy area, providing expert therapeutic advice and medicines information to patients, medical staff, and fellow health professionals. Your clinical judgement and commitment to excellence will support the best possible outcomes for patients and contribute to the safe and cost-effective use of pharmaceuticals.
Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment, you will apply your professional expertise to ensure that all pharmacy practices align with hospital policies, procedures, and national standards.
