The Role

We are a global animal health technology and services company dedicated to advancing the world of veterinary medicine. We have a long history of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence in customer service to our vet and veterinary practice clients.

We are entering an exciting growth phase as we launch our new cloud Practice Information Management System to our valued vet clinic customers. As such, we are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join our Eight Mile Plains team.

Reporting to the Implementations Manager, you will be responsible for accounts, purchasing administration, and reporting in support of our software business.   • Your main responsibilities will be;
  • Day to day management / processing of accepted quotes / proposals coming in via Salesforce.
  • Management of the account inbox, responding to queries in a timely manner.
  • Interaction with the broader Covetrus APAC Finance team.
  • Purchasing administration for hardware requests.
  • Generating sales orders and purchase orders.
  • Coordination of logistics of hardware to and from customers, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
  • Salesforce reporting for the Operations and Sales teams.
  • Assisting with revenue forecasting and analysis.
  • Ad hoc administration and finance support as required.

About You

  • To be successful you will have;
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Technology (preferred though not essential)
  • Demonstrated two years experience in accounts administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office suite of programs (minimum intermediate level proficiency in MS Excel).
  • Strong administrative organisation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Analytical and commercial skills to inform decision making and problem-solve.
