Are you a hands‑on, strategic Dayforce professional ready to shape and elevate HR technology in a business undergoing real transformation and growth?
My client looking for an experienced HRIS Dayforce Manager to take ownership of an evolving systems landscape and a small team within a well‑known and fast‑paced organisation. This is a pivotal role – it’s not just about maintaining a system, but about optimising it, shaping its future and supporting the people who rely on it every day. You will be managing a small team and reporting directly into the GM of HR.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the optimisation of the Dayforce platform post‑implementation, identifying inefficiencies, system gaps and opportunities for automation.
- Drive workflow improvements, build audit‑ready processes, and ensure strong compliance practices, including clear documentation and data trails.
- Design and embed consistent, efficient processes for HR transactions (e.g., terminations, onboarding), reducing manual effort across the team.
- Mentor and support two early‑career team members – building their capability in troubleshooting, systems thinking and stakeholder communication.
- Provide hands‑on troubleshooting support and escalations as needed, while coaching others to do the same.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, compliance, retail, and distribution stakeholders to build confidence in system performance and governance.
- Implement controls and frameworks that ensure long‑term data integrity, auditability, and traceability.
