Job descriptionPrevious Night Audit / Front Office experience. Experience working with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and Opera (or a related PMS system). POS experience is an asset. Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Available to work overnight, with shifts rostered from 11pm to 7am. Full and unrestricted Australian drivers licence. Valid and current First Aid and CPR certificate. Job Description
What you will be doing :
- Assisting the Night Manager to check and prepare reports & statistical information in accordance with service standards and auditing procedures.
- Balance Food & Beverage point of sale transactions and credit card transactions to journal reports.
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
- Assist other departments with overnight duties as required to ensure a positive guest experience.
