1 year of relevant work experience required for this role

Expected salary : $31 - $37 per hour

The Rococo Group are looking for friendly, motivated staff who enjoy working in a fun, fast paced environment to join our team at the St Kilda venue.

We have part time and casual positions available and can work around school / uni hours.

MUST be available to work over peak summer months and over Christmas and NY including NYE.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not restricted to :

Making Coffee - previous barista experience in Australia is highly regarded but not essential

Mixing drinks, cocktails, pouring beers and wine

Stock replenishment and stocktake

General cleaning

Ability to produce high quality coffees & alcoholic beverages

Current RSA certificate a must and barista experience is highly regarded.

The potential candidate will have a keen eye for attention to detail, high level of consistency and quality of our drinks in our fast paced environment.
