Senior Interior Designer l

High-End Residential Projects

Are you an experienced Interior Designer with a passion for high-end residential design? This is your opportunity to join an Award-winning Developer that delivers some of Queensland's most iconic residential buildings.

We’re seeking an Experienced Interior Designer to lead interiors across multiple developments, from concept to completion. You’ll play a key role in shaping spaces that are not only beautiful but built to last.

About the Role

You’ll collaborate with external architects, internal stakeholders, and the sales & marketing team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead interior design across multiple high-end residential projects
  • Collaborate with development and acquisitions teams on early-stage design
  • Manage concept development, documentation, and delivery
  • Oversee furniture selection and procurement
  • Ensure compliance with internal and Australian standards
  • Use Revit and InDesign to produce high-quality documentation

You’ll ideally have :

  • Experience in multi-residential interior design
  • A background in architecture or interior design with project leadership experience
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Revit and InDesign
  • A portfolio that showcases high-end, multi-level design work
