About the Role :
The Food & Beverage Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service and have a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise F&B outlets during rostered shifts
- Ensure prompt and professional guest service
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and functionality across all areas
- Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards
- Manage reservations, stock levels, and equipment care
- Monitor cashiering procedures and loss prevention controls
- Support payroll forecasting and budget targets
- Collaborate across departments and attend scheduled meetings
- Uphold hotel policies, OH&S guidelines, and security protocols
