Your Role

Inspire, engage, and make a difference. As the Wellbeing Team Leader, you will play a central role in creating and delivering holistic lifestyle programs that support the social, emotional, cultural, and spiritual wellbeing of our residents.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and lead engaging recreation and wellbeing programs
  • Encourage individual and group participation across all levels of ability
  • Build strong connections with families and the broader community
  • Support personalised care planning and documentation
  • Drive new initiatives and activities that enrich daily life for residents

    • What We Are Looking For

    We are seeking someone who leads with empathy, communicates with purpose, and brings energy and innovation to everything they do.

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Leisure & Health
  • Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance
  • Food Safety Certificate

    • Other Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role in residential aged care setting (highly regarded)
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Standards
  • Valid Police Check (mandatory)
  • Australian Working Rights
