The Opportunity :
You will be responsible for the effective supervision of transport resources as well as ensuring that they are utilised to optimise the business's safety, financial and operational results.
You will provide advice and feedback on transport operational issues to the Regional Logistics Manager; maintain a safe system of work in the workplace and work with the Logistics, CSC, Operations, and Salesteams to identify the service levels required and to ensure that they are achieved.

About you :
You are an experienced transport supervision professional with credible experience of fleet supervision in related industry environments. Your experience will ideally be in managing both contracted and company owned fleets and you will possess solid, practical skills and knowledge in assisting to develop fleet operational performance and capability.
As a confident front‑line leader with hands on operational experience in truck and fleet scheduling and coordination you lead by example while promoting a zero‑harm safety culture with further requirements to include :
