About the Role

As RAES Operations Manager , you’ll report to the Remote Employment Manager and oversee the delivery of the Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) across multiple remote communities. You’ll guide on-ground teams, ensure compliance with service standards, and provide strategic support to our community development leadership team.

Your work will directly contribute to better outcomes for First Nations peoples – shaping programs that matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Remote Employment Site Managers across several locations
• Ensure service delivery meets guidelines and reporting requirements for NIAA and ALPA leadership
• Manage community-based RAES programs and budgets
• Collaborate with participants and communities to deliver timely, effective support strategies
