Job description

Desktop Support Engineer required for a national construction business, providing multi-site support in the Perth metro area.

  • Provide EUC support to a variety of different stakeholders_

Our client is a national construction business looking for your brilliance as a Desktop Support Officer to support local and field users.   • Your Skills & Experience
  • Experience in Windows 10 administration and bug-fixing in an Active Directory environment.
  • Experience with IT support ticketing systems.
  • Good knowledge of basic TCP / IP networking concepts.
  • Ability to create test transactions and run tests to find errors and confirm programs meet specifications and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in training end users to use programs.
