This task will be accomplished through the management of the WA sales teams and close liaison with senior customer representatives.Your missionDevelopment of the Western Australia sales plan In consultation with the National Sales Manager taking into account the business and marketing planImplementation of the sales plan in order to achieve sales targetsDevelopment and maintaining of key accounts and new customersImplementation of pricing and margin strategiesManagement of the Sales teamActive participation in relevant industry associations, promotions and key customer relationships to lift the company profileMotivation and development of the Sales team through coaching to deliver continuous improvementMonitoring of Sales Representative visit programs and activities, offer advice and support when required and regularly follow-up on training and succession plansImplementation of L&D training plans for the sales staff in WAYour profileDemonstrated experience in achieving sales targets including a track record of winning and maintaining significant new business accountsCapability of establishing long term profitable relationships across all levels of customer organization.

Regional Managers, Area Managers, Purchasing, Store Management and staff, Contractors, builders, specifiers and architects etc.

Strong planning and implementation skills to ensure planned outcomes are successfully achievedExperience in the management of employees would be an advantageExperience in servicing the electrical wholesale market, including coaching and staff development would be an advantage.Motivation to manage a team in the future with your excellent communication skillsKnowledge of CRMStrategical thinking and good analytical skillsOur offerYou can expect a position with responsibility and variety in an international and innovative environment and motivated team.
