What You’ll Do

As a Fitness Cartel Personal Trainer, you’ll:

• Coach members 1‑on‑1 and in small groups to achieve real results
• Use business tools, trackers, and resources to grow your PT business
• Build strong client relationships and create personalised training journeys
• Contribute to a positive club culture alongside our passionate team
• Continue developing your skills through ongoing mentorship and education

Who You Are

• A qualified Personal Trainer (Cert III & IV in Fitness) OR ready to start your certification
• Passionate about fitness, health, and helping people achieve their goals
• A self‑starter who’s motivated to build and grow a PT business
• A strong communicator who connects quickly and inspires confidence
• Organised, professional, and driven to create a long‑term career in fitness
