Purpose :

We are searching for an experienced Travel Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team, reporting to the Head of Travel Partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who is metrics-driven and goals-oriented, ready to excel in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch products that embody our company's vision and strategy.

The Travel Partnerships Manager oversees the travel products life cycle and product to market plans, from planning to execution, prioritising travel suppliers, product and customer requirements, crafting the product vision, and working closely with merchandising, sales, marketing, and support to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals. This is an onsite role based in South Bank, QLD. Standard M-F 8 : -5 : pm / 8 : -5 : pm, with occasional extended hours due to the global nature of the role.

Primary Accountabilities & Objectives :

Work collaboratively with the Head of Travel to execute the travel products strategy

Analyse customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to develop a distinctive product

Track key metrics related to business objectives, including revenue, customer acquisition and retention, and customer satisfaction

Identify improvement opportunities, recommending product enhancements

Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to devise a go-to-market plan and pinpoint effective channels to reach target customers

Experience :

Minimum of 2 years in a product management role

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Strong business acumen to understand market, competition, and financials

Analytical skills to leverage data for informed product decisions

Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate the team

Excellent communication skills for articulating the product vision and strategy across stakeholders

Ability to create a compelling product vision and guide the team towards achieving product goals

Assist in creating and maintaining the product roadmap, detailing key milestones and priorities

Deep customer focus to develop products catering to customer needs

Strategic thinking to anticipate issues and plan for product success

Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer requirements

Growth mindset to test experiments and gather customer feedback to drive retention
