Disability Support Worker

At Young Mindz were passionate about empowering Australians with disabilities to live fulfilling independent lives. As a nationwide NDIS provider we deliver person-centred services including Supported Independent Living (SIL) and tailored disability support. Our approach is grounded in mindfulness self-care and community wellness.

Were currently seeking compassionate and reliable casual Disability Support Workers to join our team. With a variety of shifts available including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to build meaningful long-term relationships with participants.

About the role

Youll support participants with :

• Daily living tasks and routines
• Personal care and hygiene
• Medication assistance
• Emotional wellbeing and independence
• Community participation and social engagement
• Maintaining a safe supportive home environment
