Key Responsibilities

• Lead M&A transactions and business sales from inception to completion
• Advise on deal structure, risk, and negotiation strategy
• Manage complex banking & finance matters, including multi-jurisdictional transactions
• Draft bespoke agreements and provide strategic corporate advice
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to practice growth
• Build strong client relationships and support business development initiatives
