Your Role as Head Veterinarian

As Head Vet, you’ll lead a close‑knit team of two experienced veterinarians, supported by skilled veterinary nurses and a friendly receptionist. You’ll guide clinical standards, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with our vet manager to foster a culture of excellence, learning, and wellbeing.

Your structured Monday–Friday schedule—with just one Saturday shift per month—ensures a healthy work‑life balance while allowing you to focus on leadership and clinical care.
