Job Description

Sofitel Melbourne on Collins is currently seeking an experienced shift leader for the Driveway.

You will be responsible for :

Preparing & organising each shift to run efficiently and effectively.

Assist with rostering and shift coverage

Ensure team is briefed on guests & group movements.

To be responsible for the Porters and Night Porter during your shift.

Coordination of the overall Driveway operation

Assist with guest luggage and parking cars

For this role, you will :

Have a strong work ethic

Be very efficient and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

Proven organisational & time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

To be able to work – morning / afternoon / night shifts rotating

A Full Drivers License
