Delivery Lead (PMP, Prince2)

Our client is a rapidly growing global technology consultancy known for delivering large-scale digital transformation, cloud, and software engineering programs for enterprise customers. With a presence across multiple continents and a reputation for excellence in complex delivery, they partner with some of the world’s most recognisable brands to accelerate their technology innovation and modernisation journeys.

Due to continued expansion and a growing client base, they are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to oversee key technology programs and maintain exceptional stakeholder relationships within a complex enterprise environment.

About the Role

As the Delivery Lead, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with client expectations. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams spanning software engineering, business analysis, testing, and product management, while fostering strong collaboration and maintaining accountability to senior customer stakeholders.

This role requires a hands-on delivery leader who can balance structure and agility : bringing governance and rigour through frameworks such as PMP and Prince2, while supporting modern Agile ways of working. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing both strategic guidance and practical delivery oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of complex technology projects from initiation through to implementation and transition to BAU
  • Establish and manage delivery governance, project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and engagement across business and technical teams
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively to maintain delivery momentum
  • Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to cross-functional delivery teams
  • Ensure quality outcomes through adherence to best practice methodologies and continuous improvement
  • Represent the consultancy at client meetings, acting as a senior escalation point for delivery-related matters

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or Program Manager within a technology consultancy or professional services environment
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, complex technology programs for enterprise customers
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience managing C-level and cross-functional relationships
  • Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods, and the ability to adapt approach to client needs
  • PMP and / or Prince2 certification (highly regarded)
  • Ability to lead distributed teams across multiple time zones and functions
  • Commercial acumen and experience managing budgets, scope, and profitability within a consultancy model
