An exceptional opportunity for an experienced Retail Manager or Centre Manager looking for their next step.

We're seeking a dedicated Centre Manager to oversee the operations of a shopping centre in Melbourne's West.

Work with a highly regarded and motivated owner. This full-time permanent position involves managing tenancy mix, facilities, services, and ensuring the overall performance of the centre.

Position Purpose :

• Day-to-Day Operations : Implement responsibilities specified in Management Agreements, maintain cleanliness, equipment repair, and compliance with standard procedures.
• Financial Performance : Achieve or exceed budget targets, manage financial matters, and provide accurate financial information to the head office.
• Team Leadership : Lead, develop, and mentor the centre team, ensure high standards of operation, and hold regular staff meetings.
• Tenant Relations : Build strong professional relationships with retailers, ensure accurate tenancy schedules, and manage rent reviews.
• Risk & Legal Compliance : Ensure compliance with lease-related and legal requirements, manage the certificate of occupancy, and oversee risk management programs.
• Client Reporting : Deliver monthly performance reports, prepare the Centre’s Business Plan, and liaise with clients to provide on-demand services.
• Marketing & Public Relations : Assist in developing marketing strategies, support community events, and enhance the local area through professional relationships with local councils.
