- Your Opportunity
Reporting to the MA Housing State Manager of Operations, this role is responsible for leading all aspects of operations through an integrated service delivery approach to deliver on our aim to be the community-housing provider of choice.
You will be managing operations for MA Housing Blacktown, across Asset Services, Housing Services and Community development to ensure continuous improvement against operational KPIs.
- Your key responsibilities will be to
- Lead the Blacktown Operations team using an integrated service delivery approach to manage 3 streams of Service Delivery across Housing Services, Asset Services and Community Development
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including Local and State Governments, developers, support partners and the broader community
- Monitor and report on weekly, monthly and quarterly performance
- Develop and implement Local Area Plans that align to national business plans and drive local service delivery
- Work with key MA and Housing stakeholders to develop positive relationships and deliver shared outcomes for clients and communities we serve
- Ensure Mission Australia Housing meets all external and internal compliance requirements for housing services
- Requirements for Success
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years' extensive leadership and senior level operational experience ideally in the social or community housing sector and / or property management
- Local knowledge and extensive experience in the social housing sector or property management
- Experience in operational budgeting, asset management and financial management
- Exceptional relationship management skills with high-level customer service focus
- Experience in Community Development and delivering community programs desirable
- Demonstrated experience working and collaborating effectively with key stakeholders
- Real estate license desirable
