Senior Structural Engineer

They are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Structural Engineer to join their team in Launceston.

Key Pre-requisites : Bachelor's or Master's in Civil / Structural Engineering. Minimum of 7-10 years of postgraduate, demonstrated local (Australian) work experience. Experience in independently managing all aspects of the project cycle from planning, design, documentation, site inspections, to handover. High-level proficiency in structural software (AutoCAD, SPACE GASS, Strand7, RAPT). Knowledge of Australian standards. Stakeholder management skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Highly Desirable : Business development skills. Motivated to secure additional work.
