• Responsibilities

Customer Service : Greet customers warmly and provide prompt assistance with their inquiries. Offer product recommendations, answer questions about medications, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

MIPOS Proficiency : Utilize the MIPOS system effectively to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Familiarity with the system is essential for inventory management and handling customer prescriptions.

Medication Sales : Assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications, ensuring correct labeling, dosage, and instructions are provided to customers.

Product Knowledge : Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the pharmacy's products, including over-the-counter medications, supplements, and other health-related items.

Stock Management : Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves to ensure products are readily available to customers. Keep track of expiry dates and dispose of expired items appropriately.

Weekend Store Management : Demonstrate the ability to manage the store independently on weekends, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service during peak hours.

Professional Image : Present a well-groomed and professional appearance, reflecting the high standards of our pharmacy.

Compliance : Adhere to all pharmacy regulations, including confidentiality, record-keeping, and medication handling, to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with other staff members, supporting a positive and cohesive work environment.

Health and Safety : Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Experience : Previous experience working in a pharmacy setting is required.
