We are seeking multiple dynamic and experienced Change Managers to join the Transformation, Culture, and Innovation team, working at the forefront of shaping the future of our client. This is a unique opportunity for a change professional who combines a strategic mindset with hands‑on delivery skills to lead and embed transformational change. The People Transformation Change Manager is responsible for designing and delivering transformation initiatives that build and enable a future‑fit workforce. The role will focus on workforce efficiency, evolving our ways of working and embedding values of One Team, accountability and integrity.

Profile

This role requires strong change experience, the ability to influence mid‑senior executives, and the capability to deliver against a strategic transformation roadmap that positions the business to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.

• Proven ability to facilitate strategic change sessions with senior HR and business leaders, guiding them through transformation with confidence and influence.
• Demonstrated experience in structuring and preparing executive‑ready papers, presentations, and decision support materials for senior stakeholders.
• A roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude : hands‑on in developing change collateral, communication materials, and engagement tools tailored to different audiences.
• High degree of agility and adaptability balancing large‑scale transformation initiatives alongside tactical change and communications planning for projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence, engage, and build trust at all levels, and comfortable navigating complex and ambiguous environments.
• Able to synthesise diverse ideas into actionable strategies, applying a culture‑first mindset to all initiatives.
• Designing and deploying a Unified Culture Plan, leading work on building a Skills‑Based Organisation and supporting the delivery of a Cultural Learning Framework.
