Position

Due to an internal promotion, a Customer Service Representative role has now become available. This role will join an existing team in the Keyborough branch and will support the business nationally.

Responsibilities will include :

Responding to enquiries, providing quotes, taking orders, raising purchase orders

General administrative duties

Maintaining stock levels, ordering goods from head office

Organising servicing, maintenance and repairs of company assets

Other various responsibilities

To be considered for this position it is essential that you match the following criteria :

Min 2+ years of customer service experience

Well rounded communication skills including written and verbal communication

Great organisational skills

Positive team player

Located within the South East area of Melbourne

Some background in the broader construction industry (ideal, not necessary)
