About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for providing planning support to the Production Superintendents. Using your solid mine planning skills and operational experience you will develop effective working relationships with the operational and planning teams and will ensure the efficient execution of short‑term plans and schedules in an autonomous haulage environment.

The roster will be 5 / 2 & 4 / 3 with the option of FIFO – open to discussion for the right candidate.

• Supporting the development of the Mine Short Range Forecast (SRF) and identifying improvement opportunities for increased performance and safety
• Identifying and recommending solutions around enabling activities to support the SRF compliance
• Analysing and reporting on weekly and monthly performance
• Supporting and identifying interactions in Week +1 horizon to ensure delivery of SRF
• Defining performance trends and making recommendations for improvements
• Optimising dig and dump sequence to maximise productivity
