Role details :

We’re looking for a passionate Shift Supervisor to join our team at the Gibson Island Material Recycling Plant. This is a full‑time, permanent role on day shift, where you will have the opportunity to make a difference and grow within your role within our established site.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.

What you’ll do :

  • Manage a large and experienced production team
  • Promote a positive culture and enhance team engagement during shift
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems to ensure production demands are met
  • Work alongside production and maintenance teams to complete planned maintenance tasks
  • Manage day‑to‑day performance and productivity of your team
  • Oversee onsite WHS and drive continuous improvement around safety and compliance
