Civil Supervisor – Water Utilities

Location : Logan Water | 📝 Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Are you an experienced Civil Supervisor with a strong background in water pipeline construction? Join a dedicated team delivering essential water infrastructure across Logan. This site-based, temp-to-perm role offers long-term career potential with a reputable industry leader.

About the Role

As the Civil Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of water and wastewater pipeline projects. You’ll manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and crews, and ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met on all fronts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise daily site operations on water and wastewater projects
  • Coordinate plant, equipment, crews, and subcontractors
  • Drive a strong safety culture and ensure environmental compliance
  • Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and the local community
  • Ensure all works align with Downer’s standards and reporting requirements

About You

  • Proven track record in water pipeline construction
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and site coordination skills
  • Experience supervising subcontractors and managing civil construction crews
  • Qualification in frontline management or similar (highly regarded)
  • Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
