ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Foreman reporting to the Project Manager, you will be managing and coordinating civil projects throughout Western Sydney. You will lead a team of Engineers and workers to ensure the successful delivery of projects, taking ownership of daily operations and driving results.

DUTIES.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

  • Managing safety and quality assurance on-site
  • Ordering materials and handling pre-start processes
  • Organising and managing subcontractors effectively
  • Leading your team to ensure high levels of productivity on a daily basis

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

The ideal candidate will have :

  • Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale civil projects
  • Expertise in bulk / detailed earthworks, pavements, or utilities
  • A strong understanding of technical specifications and drawings
  • Experience in end-to-end project delivery
  • The ability to drive productivity and performance from subcontractors
